シンポジウムにご参加いただいた皆さま、ありがとうございました！（質疑応答では、驚くことに全員が私の知り合いであり、土師ノ里にご縁のある方々でした！）
そしてアーツカウンシルの皆さまに心より感謝申し上げます！今回のシンポジウムの企画・調整に加え、インタビュー調査など膨大な作業を担ってくださったことに、深く御礼申し上げます。現場の声を拾い、それを共有する機会をいただけたことは、非常に貴重な経験でした。今回のシンポジウムでは、助成金や資金調達に関する議論が多く交わされたのが印象的でした。その背景には、アーツカウンシルの方々が私たちの活動を支援したいと考えている一方で、助成を行うためには大阪市に対し明確な理由を提示する必要があり、その狭間で葛藤している状況があると感じました。
資金を得るためには、活動の可視化が求められます。しかし、その可視化には時間と労力がかかるため、地域に支えられながらも一人で運営している私のような立場にとっては、大きな課題です。
カメラ撮影、編集、ライティング、資料・企画書作成、メール対応、アーカイブ作成、ポートフォリオやウェブサイトの更新、レビュー依頼、関係各所との調整…。これらをすべて一人でこなすのは容易ではありません。私はトリプルワークをしているため、時間が常に不足しており、この状況をどう改善できるのか、改めて考えさせられました。
そんな中、シンポジウム終了後、土師ノ里にご縁のある方々が「解決策を考えるために、お茶会をしよう」と声をかけてくれました。課題を共有し、一緒に考えられる場があること、そして気にかけてくれる人がいることに、心から感謝しています。
また、今回のシンポジウムを通じて、改めて芸術や文化の役割について考えさせられました。私を含むアート関係者は、「アートは必要なもの」という前提で活動しています。しかし、関心のない人にとっては、アートは消費的なコンテンツとして捉えられたり、利益を生むものや課題解決のツールと見なされることもあります。
では、本来のアートの価値をどのように伝え、理解してもらうのか。そのための対話の場を今後さらに開いていく必要があると感じました。私たちの活動の意義を明確な言葉で伝え、どのように関わってもらいたいのかを示すことが重要です。
今回のシンポジウムを経て、私が考えているアクションは以下の通りです。
①第三者に語ってもらうことで、活動の意義を客観的に伝える仕組みをつくる。
②場の影響をウェルビーイングの視点から捉え、定量化を試みる。
③展示やイベントを企画する際、その意義を明確な言葉で伝える。
もし他にも良いアイデアがあれば、ぜひ教えてください。
まとまりのない文章になってしまいましたが、アーティストとして活動しやすい環境をつくるためには、サバイバルしていく力が必要です。このシンポジウムが、関わった皆さんにとって次のアクションへの一歩となれば嬉しく思います。
共に考え、共に挑戦していきましょう。そして、もし可能な範囲で、私とデラハジリ、そして土師ノ里エリアをサポートしていただけたら幸いです。私も、何かの形でお返しできればと思っています。より良い循環を、一緒につくっていきましょう。

Thank you to everyone who participated in the symposium! Behind this, I sensed a dilemma: while the Arts Council members wish to support our activities, they must present clear reasons to the City of Osaka to justify the grants, creating a tension between these two priorities.
To secure funding, it is necessary to make our activities visible. However, this visibility requires time and effort, which poses a significant challenge for someone like me who operates alone while being supported by the community.
Camera filming, editing, writing, creating materials and proposals, responding to emails, creating archives, updating portfolios and websites, requesting reviews, coordinating with relevant parties... It is not easy to handle all of these tasks alone. As I am working three jobs, I am always short on time, and this situation has made me rethink how I can improve it.
In the midst of this, after the symposium, people connected to Tsuchino-sato approached me and said, “Let's have a tea party to discuss solutions.” I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share challenges and think together, and for the people who care about me.
Additionally, through this symposium, I was once again prompted to think about the role of art and culture. Those of us involved in the arts, including myself, engage in our activities under the premise that “art is necessary.” However, for those who are not interested, art may be perceived as consumable content, or as something that generates profit or a tool for solving problems.
So, how can we convey and help others understand the true value of art? I feel it is necessary to create more opportunities for dialogue in the future. It is important to clearly communicate the significance of our activities and show how we want people to be involved.
After this symposium, I have come up with the following actions.
(1) Create a system to objectively communicate the significance of our activities by having third parties talk about them.
(2) Try to quantify the impact of the venue from a well-being perspective.
(3) When planning exhibitions and events, clearly communicate their significance.

This may be a disjointed message, but to create an environment where artists can thrive, we need the resilience to survive. I hope this symposium serves as a stepping stone toward the next action for everyone involved.

2月13日（木）第7回大阪芸術文化交流シンポジウム「どうする！？これからの大阪の文化芸術！ 次世代の視点から」を開催します！

そこで今回のシンポジウムでは、大阪を拠点に活動する若手のアーティストやアートマネジメントの専門家が一堂に会し、「これからの大阪の文化芸術はどうあるべきか？」をテーマに語り合います。5年後、10年後、20年後…大阪の文化芸術の未来をどのように描き、私たちはどんなアクションを起こせばよいのか。そんな問いに対して、次世代の視点から議論を深めます。
シンポジウム開催の背景
このシンポジウムの開催に先立ち、令和6年度の大阪アーツカウンシルの調査の一環として、舞台芸術、演劇、伝統芸能、現代美術、ソーシャルアートの5つの分野においてグループインタビューを実施しました。
各分野から2～3名の方を招き、現場のリアルな課題や今後の可能性についてじっくりお話を伺い、その中で浮かび上がった課題やアイデアを共有する場として、今回のシンポジウムが企画されました。
今回の登壇者5名は、そのグループを代表する方々です。それぞれが現場の第一線で活躍しながら、これからの大阪の文化芸術をどのように発展させるかを考え、実践している方々です。

このシンポジウムは、大阪・中之島にある「こども本の森 中之島」にて開催されます。この場所は、創造性と自由な発想を象徴する空間であり、未来の文化芸術を考えるには最適な環境です。美しい建築と文化が織りなすこの場で、大阪の文化芸術の未来について前向きに議論し、新たな可能性を探るきっかけにしたいと思います。

Background of the Symposium
Prior to this symposium, as part of the Osaka Arts Council's survey for the 2024 fiscal year, group interviews were conducted across five fields: performing arts, theater, traditional performing arts, contemporary art, and social art.
We invited two to three people from each field to discuss the real challenges and future possibilities of their respective fields, and this symposium was planned as a place to share the issues and ideas that emerged from those discussions.
The five speakers at this symposium are representatives of their respective groups. Each of them is active on the front lines of their respective fields, thinking about and practicing how to develop Osaka's culture and arts in the future.
